3. Are sold as a Service Voucher
4. Are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and the expiry date will not be extended.
5. Are not redeemable on Sundays
6. Are not redeemable for a cash refund, credit or used for the purchase of another voucher
7. The Service Voucher is your responsibility, Elegant Image will not be responsible if the Service Voucher and/or its Tracking Number are lost or stolen
8. The Service Certificate Tracking Number must be quoted when booking an appointment
9. Appointments booked against Gift or Service Certificates require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made with less than a 48-hour notice and/or failure to appear for an appointment may result in this Gift Voucher being redeemed to the value of the services booked.

Please note: Gift and Service Certificates are valid for 3 years and Elegant Image cannot guarantee that any service specified on the certificate will still be available over this time span. In the circumstances Elegant Image cannot fulfil the specified service it will honour the voucher with services and/or products to the certificate's original monetary purchase value.
