Melissa joined us in 2013 as a Beauty Therapist with little salon experience but a lot of real-world people skills and a great desire to learn. Since joining our team, she has been instrumental in guiding our evolution into the Med Spa space. Her attention to detail and drive led to her appointment as salon manager in 2017. Melissa has amassed over 700 personal of the 1900 5-star ratings on Fresha and was a driving force in Elegant Image Day Spa Medi Spa, being rated The Nation’s Best in our Class.

Daniela joined our team in 2018, bringing over 20 years of experience in beauty therapy and salons. As a talented and advanced skincare therapist, Daniela is passionate about her work and deeply cares about her clients. Her expertise and dedication ensure that every client receives the highest level of care and attention.
Keryn
Say hello to Keryn
Keryn originally joined us in 2001, stayed with us for 7 years and rejoined us in 2019. We welcomed her back as she is a skilled beauty therapist, IPL technician and master nail artist. Since her return, she has taken every option to train in micro-needling, plasma fibroblast, and advanced light therapies and has become a vital player in our adoption of Medi Spa therapies.
Ella
Meet Ella
Ella joined us in 2024 as an apprentice and is currently undergoing intensive in-salon training while completing her Diploma in Beauty Therapy. Clients love Ella as she has a bright and bubbly demeanour, but to ensure she is salon-ready upon graduation, she receives additional extensive in-house training on essential services required by her diploma, as well as further training in the specialty aesthetic services provided by Elegant Image. Before Ella is allowed to perform any service in-salon, she must demonstrate to our senior staff that she can deliver the service in accordance with Elegant Image methodology and quality standards.
