Discounted Gift and Service Certificate

Elegant Image Gift and Service Certificates:

1. Unless otherwise discounted Elegant Image Gift and Service Certificates do not attract loyalty reward points
2. Gift Certificate - refers to those Certificates sold with a monetary value to redeem Elegant Image goods and services
3. Service Certificate - refers to Certificates sold for specific service(s)
4. Elegant Image Gift and Service Certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of issuance and the expiry date will not be extended.
5. Elegant Image Gift and Service Certificates are redeemable Mondays through Saturdays only.
6. Elegant Image Gift and Service Certificates are not redeemable for a cash refund, credit or used for the purchase of another voucher
7. Elegant Image Gift and Service Certificates are your responsibility, Elegant Image will not be responsible if the voucher is lost or stolen
8. Gift/Service Certificate Number must be quoted when booking an appointment
9. Appointments booked against a Gift Certificates require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice and/or failure to appear for an appointment may result in this Gift Voucher being redeemed to the value of the services booked.

Please note: Gift and Service Vouchers are valid for 3 years and Elegant Image cannot guarantee that any service specified on the voucher will still be be available over this time span. In the circumstances Elegant Image cannot fulfill the specified service it will honour the voucher with services and/or product to vouchers original monetary purchase value.
