T & C Loyalty Rewards

Elegant Image Gift and Service Certificates:

1. 1 x $2 token is the reward for every $20 spent at Elegant Image on any non-discounted service treatment, product or gift/service Certificate purchase.
2. Tokens accumulated can be redeemed against any full full-priced treatment service, product or gift/service Certificate.
3. The entire payment must be paid for with Tokens and no part payments are allowed.
4. Tokens do not expire as long as the client remains a current Elegant Image client.
   1. Elegant Image determines a "Current Client" as any client whose last paid service treatment, product purchase or gift/service Certificate was purchased or performed within the last 4 months.
5. Tokens will not be issued or redeemed for doctor-performed procedures including anti-ageing/wrinkle injections but can be used for all other non-discounted service treatment, product or gift/service Certificate purchases.
6. Points are not transferable & cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please note: Gift and Service Certificates are valid for 3 years and Elegant Image cannot guarantee that any service specified on the Certificates will still be available over this time span. In the circumstances Elegant Image cannot fulfil the specified service it will honour these Certificates with service treatments and/or products to the gift/service/certificate's original monetary purchase value.
